Am I the only one who is amused by the fact that the newest bitchy hurricane is just one big alcoholic drink? Hurricane (a drink I’ve never had) ‘Rita (short for margarita… which I have had. yum). lol.
in all seriousness, though, i hope anybody who wasn’t smart enough to evacuate or can’t evacuate or whatever and gets hit by this storm is okay. we don’t need another Katrina-like catastrophe. 
(and may Dallas get lots, but not too much, of rain out of this thing)

I’m surprised no one said anything about Ophelia as a hurricane name. Considering how water is such a killer with hurricanes, I’m rather shocked they’d name one after a famous literary character who drowned. That’s in bad taste, IMO.
Don’t worry about people not evacuating. The city provided free bus trips inland for anyone who could not afford to leave on their own so the ones left are just stupid!
