Netflix does it again.
After the last response, I emailed them again.. saying if that’s the case, then why did they send me the FIFTH DISC of a different series? It’s not the different series that is pissing me off - it’s the fact that they state they’ll hold off on 1 series if the next disc isn’t available so you can watch it in order. if that’s SUCH A HUGE DEAL, why didn’t they send me THE FIRST DISC of the next series? or the next disc of the next series? or something in an order THAT MAKES SENSE!?!?!
TC said I should email them again and not be so nice, but I don’t really know what the point is. I don’t want anything other than an answer, and it’s obvious they have nothing but form answers for their responses. I’m not asking for a free month or anything.
Apparently there is a class action lawsuit against Netflix, and I’ve already signed up for that… I don’t want to have to cancel just to sign up again to get my free month of service. I did get the next Alias DVD, though, last night, so that’s something.
PS: HARRY POTTER! TOMORROW NIGHT! WOOOO!!
