Oh NO! Where’d I GO?!

well, I”m right here.
So a week ago, Joe and I decided we were going to lose weight. No definite poundage to be lost - we just have to lose it. the prize? Having our Honeymoon in Hawaii.

So far, Joe’s beating me.

Daily Goals:
+ No less than (3) 16.9 fl. oz. bottles of water
+ 50 sit ups daily
+ do my WATP tape 3 times a week
+ no french fries
.. .i’m sure there are other things, but that’s all I remember. :)

I joined SparkPeople (referral name: hellolovley), so I can keep track of weight loss, activities, and food. It’s pretty cool. You get points and I don’t really know what the points are for, but points are cool. :)

Anyway, just saying hi. :) I’m still alive! :D

    This weight loss website is awesome! It made my grocery list for me which is a lot better than me sitting on counter in the kitchen with the fridge open trying to decide what I am going to need for the next week. Oh, and the points you get for filling in your journal, or talking on the forum or whatever but as you build up points, they send you prizes like water bottles and t-shirts. Fun, huh!
