In my office, Thursday is known as Friday Eve. It started as a joke, but it sort of stuck. Since we’re actually off on Friday for Dina’s Coming Back to Town Day Veteran’s Day, this makes Wednesday Thursday, and Thursday Friday. By process of elimination (?), this makes today Friday Eve! :D *happy dance*
I’m so in need of an extra day off, so this 3 day weekend couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m going to be hanging out with my friends for the majority of the weekend, but it should be fun. I have to do a little bit of shopping (Katy’s Birthday present. Auntie Manda is a slacker. Actually, I’m just broke. And secret pal shopping, maybe get some Christmas shopping out of the way.) Friday morning and/or afternoon and/or Saturday morning, but other than that and all the festivities, I think I’ll have a nice, relaxing Sunday.
I should make a list for all the crap I need to do! In my new Franklin Covey! That’s sitting at home. With the rest of the thank you cards I need to write. Oops. (I am really bored. That is what happens when you spend the afternoon actually doing what needs to get done and then realize, OMG you did everything but not the laundry and the black shirt that goes with the blue jean jacket is dirty and you just HAVE TO HAVE IT on vacation. Is it Friday yet?)
Oh and I forgot to mention that me coming to town is totally a holiday and it should be nationally declared a holiday so you guys can come do random acts of fun stuff during the day with me every time I come to town =D
