I went to mom’s house on Monday to get her to help me with the crochet edging of a shawl I’d just finished. I suck at crochet. I can do a single chain, and even that’s a bit wonky, but I can chain stitch all day long. I will crochet you the longest chain you’ve ever seen if you want, but I can’t go any further than that. *lol* I actually just wanted her to SHOW me how to do it, but she ended up doing the whole crocheted edging so I didn’t screw it up at the end. I did my bind off too tight, so it didn’t block out like it probably could have, but I think it’s pretty. I like it like that, so I don’t think I’m even going to fringe it like the pattern tells you to. Thanks, mom!! I need to take some better pictures, but is one just so you can see it.

Joe sent me flowers today and they are very pretty. The daisies are wilting though, so I don’t know how long the flowers will last this time around, but they sure are pretty. 
Thank you, baby… I love you. I’ll try to remember my camera tomorrow so I can take a picture.. or maybe it’s best that I don’t. lol. But it’s a very pretty arrangement.
