Okay, no, that’s not as dirty as it sounds. LOL
I came home to an empty apartment yesterday after work because Joe had to go do some stuff at work last night. On my way home, I have to change highways to get to our apartment. When I go over the overpass, I get a great view of the hills behind us, and it’s just so beautiful.
Well, last night, I decided to go to JoAnn’s and to Michael’s, since I had the time to myself. I left about 8pm or so, and went out and about and the sun was setting behind the hills and the fog was rolling in, and it seriously sucked the air right out of me. If I could have just sat there and watched the sun set, I would have. Unfortunately, I was in a left-turn lane, and the light turned green, so I had to go. LOL
Once I turned, the sun was in that awkward position where the visors and sunglasses don’t help, and it wasn’t beautiful anymore. eheh
Another thing that I love about Cali is the fact that it’s cool in the morning, and while it can get hot during the day, it doesn’t usually, and if it does, it’s always cool by the time I get off work. It’s so awesome. LOL
I love it here!!

Welcome to the Left Coast! Although I was born and raised on the other side of the country, I call this gorgeous place home.
West Virginia is way better. Just because I’m here. Hmph.
Now you know why I’ve stayed here for so long.
So my question to you is this….
Does this mean that maybe, just MAYBE, the “Grand” Canyon, if revisited by you, may no longer be “just a big hole”??? Does this post of yours mean that maybe JUST MAYBE you are starting to “GET IT?” If so, then California isn’t such a bad thing then…
MOM!
